1 /5 Chris M: After being a member there for over 20 years, I walked in and asked for help to review documents for opening another account. The lady attempting to help me said she was too busy for this type of request. She explained to me that she hadnt had her break yet and that other people were waiting. I could see that they were busy, but the manager had no one in her office. This was enough for me to come in and pay off my car loan and close my accounts a couple weeks later. When paying off my car loan with my debit card from another bank, they processed the transaction as a cash advance, costing me more money for no reason. I couldve paid that off on my banking app if they would have told me this is how it would be ran. Happy to be rid of that place. Ive had much better service from WSECU.
