1 /5 Adelia Hagemier: Not trust worthy, very shady. So many red flags. First I PAID to have my address changed because my premiums went up and then somehow my address got reverted back to my old address again mysteriously. I was living with my brother at the time when mysteriously I started being charge for renters insurance at a rate of $32 a month for a house I no longer lived in!! When I asked how this happened they sent me a document I supposedly signed to instate the renters policy and the signature was obviously forged and NOTHING like my signature not even close! It was all capitals and I dont write in all caps! Besides WHY on gods green earth would I or anyone for that matter sign a renter policy on a house I no longer lived in!! SHADY! The final straw, I have SR22 filed with the state and somehow, again its a mystery to them they have no idea how it happened, it disappears from my policy and the only reason I knew it happened was because my license got suspended!! THEY LET MY LICENSE GET SUSPENDED!! Like I said... VERY SHADY! Very untrustworthy and not worth the mess they make with your insurance. Lots of good brokers out there and this is not one of them!!

3 /5 Joyce Clippinger: We had excellent service, for many years, until recently. They sent a letter suggesting a coverage review. I called twice and left messages. Finally I got a call back. The woman I spoke with said they would review my policy and get back to me the first part of December, since our coverage expires the first part of January. It is now Dec 20 and I have not heard back. I tried calling and just left another message. I told them to call back and let me know if they are too busy to help me. I think I need a new brokerage company.
