    Heather C: I go to The Body Shop multiple times a week and have for most of the last year or more. Its a great fitness studio outfitted with party lights, a great sound system, a tv for watching dance videos (rehearsing choreography from previous classes or zoom classes with group members from a distance). Rebecca is such an amazing human being, too. Fabiola, who teaches multiple classes there as well is a fireball full of energy and both ladies have a love of life and teaching dance and fitness. Highly recommend classes with either of these instructors.

    Dawn Conyers: I love Maximus Gym! They have a very good selection of equipment, and I like the separate studio fitness room you can use when classes arent in session. I have made strength gains here that I feel proud of! People are friendly at Maximus while also being there to get it done. Good gym etiquette atmosphere and the staff knows members by name. Its just a good vibe there with people who want to work on their fitness, and that vibe is contagious.

Everyone is so kind, and Ive loved learning more about strength training. I would recommend EFT to anyone in Kittitas County who is hoping to become stronger!

    Heather Stull: Great things about this gym: never crowded. Good variety of equipment. Lots of free weights and different cardio machines. Open 24 hours. They do a good job keeping it clean. Price point for a year all at once is pretty decent. They have speakers and you can play your own music. Not as good: it’s an old building so just kinda disconcerting having so much weight on a 2nd floor. Wouldn’t want to be there during an earthquake. Some of the machines are really dated, namely the hamstring curl machine. So just know what you’re getting into. I bought a year membership and I’m very happy.

    THE ROGUE DECEPTICON 3939: Ive been going to this pool my whole life and for the first time ever I got a complaint against me from a group of girls for staring...its a public space youre going to get stared at by everybody I was there with my friend in the hot tub minding my own business and talking to him they were staring just as much I know this sounds stupid but I cant help but feel unwelcome because of this and The lifeguard pretty much told me to not look at them stay away from them and then gave me a verbal warning that he didnt want to hear about this again.

    Chase Brewer: Smaller local gym. All equipment that a large gym would have. Excellent owners, very friendly and have put together a well fit community based environment with excellent very knowledgeable personal trainers with class options. Very clean! Take a tour, theyre more than happy to assist in basic inquiries to full plans with personal goals. Ive gone with this gym for fire season preparation for multiple seasons and have nothing but compliments for this spot. Cheers

    David Bieloh: Jordan was my strength coach for a few years, and then went on to be the personal weightlifting coach for our son for over 4 years. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and highly disciplined. I’ve seen him manage groups of people in the gym with completely different needs, fitness levels, and ages. He is an amazing motivator, keeps you on track and focused, and writes programs that work. You don’t just get stronger with Jordan - you also learn correct form, understand movement patterns, and know how to workout safely and correctly. If you need a strength coach I can think of no other more qualified.
