To address this, I retained Walstead Law Firm to assist in transferring the case to King County. Despite numerous discussions with Nicole, my case failed to progress. The information provided regarding its resolution was vague and lacked transparency. Later, I was informed that the law firm had withdrawn from my case and that Nicole was no longer employed there. However, I later discovered that she remains with Walstead Law Firm, leaving me without guidance or support. I was only able to obtain my records after repeatedly reaching out on my own initiative. The firms handling of my case was highly unprofessional, as they failed to communicate effectively, provided misleading information, and withheld necessary documentation in a timely manner.

    Deniel Hudson: Called to have a case review the receptionist was very nice and told me she would relay to attorney. Waited for a call and she did call back but very rude. She just said no I can’t do the case. I’m okay with that but no explanation as to why she just said she couldn’t and hung up. When dealing with issues regarding a injury the last thing you want is just a no! Very unprofessional so Mrs Brown if your reading this you need to be a lot nicer and give and explanation considering I have insurance I obviously called for an answer.
