1 /5 Teri Graser: We have been with Allstate for 17 years and were making a few changes to our auto! To our disappointed there was some office mix-up communication with us and timeline payments. We’ve paid Aprox the same dates time every month. It’s amazing how they are not taking responsibility with any office issues and our insurance was cancelled. In addition I specifically ask to speak to Greg and instead of him calling us after all these years he had someone else send an email. Amazing how much you pay for insurance and the owner can’t call you!!! Go somewhere else….for your insurance needs!

1 /5 Michelle Backes: He never answers his phone ! My bill has gone tremendously my bill was due at the end of the month. I had to wait to pay them to my payday which was in the grace period and I got phone calls every month. Tell me I was late which I wasn’t and I had to talk very not nice to the person who is harassing me every month, my other agent didn’t do that ever !! since He’s took over the Moses lake Allstate ..i’ve been with you guys for a very, very, very long time. I will be looking for another agent.
