My insurance has been dramatically increasing at last two renewals but I figured just the market. This year my homeowners spiked up and I cant get a returned call. I have ZERO CLAIMS. So tried State Farm and my premium is $1200/yr LESS for exact same limits. UPDATE: Upgraded to a 3 star as company reached out after seeing review.

1 /5 Ilana Gat: Highstreet has had a ton of turnover lately. And all their good agents have left. My policies got shuffled to an agent who didnt care to have my business, and refused to even help me with renewals. He didnt even contact me to give me a heads up that the policies were expiring, and when I contacted them, I was left unanswered for weeks. Extremely unprofessional. These people used to be great. Hopefully they can fix these issues...
