The studio was very welcoming, spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and clean everything smelled—it was so refreshing. The saunas were all well-kept, the space felt inviting, and even the bathroom was super nice. I love that I can get the benefits of infrared sauna—like sweating out toxins, easing sore muscles, and boosting recovery—even while traveling. I was so happy to stumble across this studio! Giselle, the general manager, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made my visit even better. As a Sweat Elite member visiting their studio, I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend it!

If you’re looking for a great workout from an amazing owner who also supports community youth programs you’ve found the right place! We love that they were able to attend Norpoint Day and really appreciate the generous gifts for coaches that they donated to help keep youth soccer more affordable for our community.

The staff are friendly, approachable, and engaged with all of us! Very clean studio and bathrooms! Michellle gives so much to all of us and our entire Federal Way community!!

5 /5 Jeremy Rivera: I am in love with this place, great free weight area, and the saunas are well kept. Although it’s not your conventional workout to go through isometric and HIIT exercises with a video instructor, it makes for a change in your workout regiment. Michelle and her staff are very professional and keep the place well stocked and immaculate. Best part, 24 hour access! Can’t recommend this place enough. Earn your Burn at Hotworx Federal Way!

5 /5 Shubneek: I started going to Hotworx in January, and after 8 months, I can confidently say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, and unlike other gyms I’ve tried in the past, I’ve never felt intimidated or uncomfortable here. The workouts are efficient and effective, and I love how the infrared sauna sessions make me feel — both physically and mentally. It’s a unique experience that really keeps me motivated and coming back.
