Paula is always VERY responsive to all our questions and always helps us to get the best insurance coverage needed for my family. Pat was most helpful personally a couple of years ago when I was in a car accident and helped navigate me through dealing with the other insurance company. My two adult sons now have their own coverage through Otter Insurance as well. They are the best!
