    Christopher Newhall: Read some really great things on Google and Reddit... Ended up VERY disappointed. We contacted Duncan & Associates to get a home insurance quote. *CRICKETS* A week later we contacted them again and were told the first person we talked to left the company (and apparently nobody else was going to get back to us). Ok whatever, we still wanted a quote. They quoted us Safeco and it ended up being $3800 for 6 months, 3x as much as our current rate! We were underinsured from State Farm, so higher rates for the correct coverage made sense, but that much higher?! We contacted Strand in Centralia. Their customer service was better, but still nothing special. They also quoted us Safeco, almost the same exact coverage but actually a little more extensive (higher dwelling coverage, etc.). They ended up being just under $1850 for 6 months. Much better. Duncan must be trying to make a killing middle-manning these policies. We decided to go with Farmers (Daniel Dodge in Centralia). Lizzie there is SO amazing. She asked us the most questions about our house, she has worked with us to come up with multiple versions of the quote, and she was the cheapest by a few hundred dollars (with the most extensive coverage of all our quotes at that)!

    Tonya Hird: Shellie has been super nice, informative, helpful, and professional to work with. Recently shopped competitive insurance rates due to a rate increase (no incidents to cause an increase). I stopped looking further after I found Shelli at All-State. Her knowledge and assistance, along with the competitive rate, landed my final decision to go with All-State.

    Desert Medic: Update Dec.2013- So I thought I cancelled with this mess of a place but one policy stayed. The incompetency of the agents here is being laughable. If looking for insurance on anything DO NOT GO HERE! Communication, knowledge, and general business sense is non-existent. I need to drop this place now. I have had issues with incorrect quotes, and no and bad communication. I found out when I needed it that I did not have roadside assistance. I have used 2 agents here and both are not.good..

I have a Farmers policy with a *different* agent in town and tried to reach this agent to help me understand a document I had received regarding my policy. I called and left voicemails for the other agent but never received a response for over a month. Finally, I looked for a different Farmers agent to help me understand what was happening with my policy and contacted Brians office.
