1 /5 Tiah Mcglaughlin: I went garnet digging with my kids and found a 5.4oz star garnet. We came in just to ask a couple questions about what we could do with it. The man working there was very unfriendly and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the process of cutting gems. Potential customers with questions shouldnt be treated like dummies who are wasting your time. I could tell that he just wanted us out of there. I was polite regardless, but left feeling stupid for being excited about our find and driving 3 hours round to try and figure out if we had something special. If I decide to have it cut, it wont be at Irvs. Hes lost any future business with us.

5 /5 Bridger Bellon: Great store, great staff, and great prices! They are really knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I came in for a cabochon cutting demo on a Saturday. I learned so much, and Liz was very generous with sharing her talent and skills!

5 /5 Michael Mazurik: Nice place to get some polished rocks and gems. The lady working the counter is great to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products. Very family centered and worthwhile stop-by for anyone in the Spokane area. You dont need to be a "rock nerd" to like the aesthetic!

And honestly didnt want to answer my questions. They seemed really bothered by the fact I would even take my rocks in. Wont go back

Veronika Grebenshikov: Its Fred Meyer jewelers, not expecting anything extravagant however staff wise, none of the staff has any business working at a jewelry place especially, Missy. Could not even make a basic measurement for my husbands resizing of his band. Something as easy a size down for $88 was sized 1 whole size to small and then they wanted to charge me $250 to bring it back up to the correct size. I was told "Tracy" is the manager but multiple failed requests and attempts to speak with management came back ignored.
