1 /5 John & Susan Calhoun: We went with State Farm so that we had a local agent. Both my husband and I have had perfect driving records for years. Shortly after going with Jason a Door dash driver hit the side of my husbands car as the door dash driver was driving way too fast and quickly changed lanes as everyone in the line was stopped at the light. Long story short State Farm said that John was in the wrong, which is contrary to what the police said. So State Farm canceled BOTH our cars insurances, even though I didnt do anything and have a perfect driving record, I am also canceled. We are EXTREMELY dissippointed in the Adjuster not only was he rude but not supportive and took the word of the Door dash driver. They canceled us both y saying "due to your driving record???? And the accident. We have no idea what "driving record" they are referring to. He hasnt had even a ticket in years, let alone an accident.
