Rates keep going up the longer were with American Family. Reading on the website, there are very many discounts that we already are supposed to be "getting" that each say up to 25%. Loyalty... multi car.. bundling home and auto.. But their rates just keep going up and up. We hardly drive, but are paying hundreds of dollars a month.
Not to mention the last two times Ive had issues with my car, (full coverage) American Family explained that if they were to "fight for me" like an insurance company is supposed to do, I would be financially penalized in whatever I get as reparations. I had to fight the other persons insurance company myself. The way their deductibles work are sketchy and useless.
American family wants you to pay them, but doesnt want you to use your insurance at all.
