Recently I had a major situation that needed some attention from Jeff Reeds staff. Not only were they polite and professional, they provided a solution within a week and I was provided status updates along the way. It is because of moments like this, that I am happy to be with Jeff for ALL of my insurance needs. They are always there.

Jeff and his associates, Sandy specifically, genuinely care and will go above and beyond to provide for your insurance needs. When I had my roof replaced the roof installation failed, and we suffered a catastrophic roof failure that took out the ceiling in three rooms. My homeowners insurance company after 30 years of no claims chose not to renew us. (Dropped). Because we had auto insurance through Jeff, we reached out to try to replace the insurance on our home. Jeff and Sandy both went into action and not only provided us with better numbers for less cost than I was previously paying, but they also bundled our auto with it and were able to lower it as well. If you are needing or considering insurance, call them. They will do everything within their power to help you.
