1 /5 Giovanni Francavilla: Couldn’t get me my deductible back after I got hit a few months ago. Super shameful I pay almost 200 dollars a month for a vehicle with an entirely clean history. 0 tickets 0 accidents, I get hit, pay my deductible and thought oh well, that was an inconvenience but surely this insurance company cares and will get my my hard earned money back, nope! Had to pay 1k for my deductible and couldn’t even get it back, even though I was not at fault. Very very disappointed.

1 /5 Dana Rolax: If you chose to deal with Kent Bradford State Farm in Renton, I highly recommend and suggest that you dont come across one of his agents John Phillips, this man is demanding, rude, aggressive, and disrespectful to a point. Please take note of this name John Phillips, avoid with caution.
