2 /5 Oxana Thorne: I bought a membership hoping to take the kids to the swimming pool. I read their rules, did everything by the book, took the kids to the activity pool. We got our wrist bands, few minutes in , the life guards asked everyone to leave the pool, stating “20 minute safety break”. We waited for 20 minutes confused why we are waiting , what happened, it was very uncomfortable to stay wet outside the pool for 20 minutes.
Shortly after we were left back in, a quite rude life guard pulled my children out of the pool and asked us to leave because we don’t have the “purple wrist bands”. Apparently they left too many people in the pool and asked everyone to get out, freeze for 20 minutes and let in only those who happened to hear their ineligible announcement over the speakers and got in line really quick to get their precious purple wrist band. We were clueless what was happening, I thought we already have our wrist band and we don’t need more. I even asked a life guard while we were waiting why did they pull everyone out of the pool. This lifeguard didn’t say anything about getting in line for a second wrist band. Very disappointed that we got punished by their incompetence. They left too many people in, and instead of explaining what was happening, they kicked us out quite rude.
