3 /5 Chris Clemons: A great alternative to big banks. Kitsap Bank has amazing customer service. Ive had personal and business accounts through them and theyve always been wonderful over the phone and in person.
The three stars is for the absolute joke of an Android app and web site. They need to ditch whoever theyre outsourcing to handle that stuff and hire full time web and mobile developers. The Android app is sluggish and ugly. Does not at all conform to Googles material design standards. The web site banking interface looks like some sort of ActiveX web page from 1999.
