1 /5 Chris Corvair: Phone support sucks. They dont speak proper english. Told me the call center was based in New York. Lie. It is somewhere overseas. Waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be told the computer isnt working. Then had to wait on hold another 20 minutes. This place is a joke with clowns for customer service. Go to Bank Of America or Chase bank where you get real english speakers not clowns who cant pronounce english properly.

1 /5 Scott Weaver: Beware going through this institution. They will pester and nag even on 15 day grace period. They will loan Shark and call your place of employment if they cant reach you. Its embarrassing. Avoid if you dont want the headache

1 /5 Natalie Millet: Every time I try to make a purchase larger than $100 they block my card. I can’t get gas, groceries, or clothes. I couldn’t use my card when I was on vacation. There isn’t a way to make a travel notice through their app. I am extremely unhappy with this bank.

1 /5 Preston Williams: Service is not what they place to be. Very unfriendly communications and hostile when trying to work with them. Open to inquires on this. As I can be direct example of almost having something paid off be in a bad spot and have them add fees reposes after 30,000 paid, almost paid off. Then getting a new bill for nearly 10k grand. Insane. I know me and my partner, now getting back on my feet, will never work with them again. Period.

1 /5 Joe Petroske: So heres my complaint. 1 you ran my credit to open a savings account and then because of my credit I cant open an account which is ridiculous. Your credit should not effect you operating an account. So in conclusion this place apparently doesnt want peoples money or my business. And since when did credit unions start running your credit to open a simple savings account?
