We were so happy with Amy after she helped with our original purchase we called her again to refinance when our remodel was finished. Amy is so easy to reach no matter the time or question and she does such a great job of making things easy to understand. We always know what to expect when we’re working with Amy you can’t be in better hands!

He is quick to answer or follow-up on communications, and was always willing to talk us through any questions, concerns, or just curiosities we had - both about our home loan, and the home buying process. 5 /5 Cameo Bodey: Wow! What an amazing experience. As a first-time home owner, refinancing was scary and confusing. Mike was unbelievably caring, helpful, knowledgeable and informative through the whole process. He answered every single one of my MANY questions with such kind attentiveness, really helped me understand the whole process and put my anxieties at ease. Closing was fast and easy and he saved us a TON of money! I couldnt have asked for a more caring and competant mortgage broker.

1 /5 Miranda Moore: Sadly we did not have the best experience. Amy was great at first. She was ontop of getting our loan started and was great at returning calls/emails. We were preapproved and once we went to submit an offer on a home we found out that Amy had missed key items on our paystubs that directly affected us ultimately not getting our loan and was unable to submitt offer. We are now seeking a different loan agency.

This was our second time working with Mike and he has always been professional, friendly, helpful, and accessible.
