Cheney Federal Credit Union - Cheney Makaila Bergeron: Cheney FCU has been a great experience since I became a member in 2023. I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. Kudos to Margaret and thank you again for all your hard work and attention.
