I didn’t think I’d get approved with my credit, but he made it quick, easy, and stress-free. I was in and out in literally 6 minutes and on my way to pick up my bike. 1 /5 Tanya Lesane: This branch sent me down a rabbit hole gathering documentation, only for the manager to ghost me and have another representative inform me that what I was not approved... AFTER indicated the documentation was needed for the approval... As another review stated, this place is a huge joke... and a complete waste of energy... Make this your last option and by all means.. manage your expectation.. to forgo disappointment.... If I could rate them a negative I would. The disapproval was not the problem, it the last of customer service and human dignity that bothered me most... The agent indicated he would "tell him".. but I said, Im sure he knows...

5 /5 Shannon: I pulled out a loan last year with this company when nobody else would work with me. I moved across country and fell on some pretty hard times for a bit and was unable to make payments. Tera Hill was personally working with me, she is such an understanding individual and was very flexible working with me and my small budget. These are great people working here who truly care about you and not just getting their money back. Highly recommend this place if you cant find anywhere else to approve you. Interest rate is a little high, but it is what it is.
