She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the placement and style before getting started. I loved that she had a great selection of chains and charms to choose from—everything was high quality and beautifully crafted. The welding process was quick and the end result is a stunning anklet that feels both delicate and strong. Its such a meaningful and stylish way to mark a special moment, and I love that I’ll be wearing it every day. The jewelry and artwork was beautiful and there were so many other unique items to look at from perfume to candles. My sister and I got ourselves sterling rings that are gorgeous. It was a small job, but nonetheless done with the greatest of care. I love this place! They always make you feel better than when you walked in. This is definitely the go to jewelry store in Gig Harbor. Pay them a visit!

Rachel Mickey: I took my engagement ring here to get resized. The lady handed me a key ring of different ring sizes and didn’t help. She mentioned they could do other sizes but she didn’t have a sizing ring for them but probably spent about a minute assisting, mostly just her grabbing the sizing ring and giving it to me. They told me it would be $25 and then when I went to pick up my ring it was $75!!! It’s still the wrong size since I received little help on sizing and they won’t resize it unless they pay the full $75 again. I’ll never take my expensive jewelry there ever again!
