    Roger Garnica: Dishonest insurance company and the agent, Darren, tries every way to never be around the office to answer questions to why the quote keeps rising. Probably gets some sort of kickback out of raising the fees. Our insurance rates got out of control and the price never had a definite answer to why it kept rising. The customer service rep/ reception was not helpful when we asked why we kept getting these "hidden fees". Changed companies with State Farm
