    Deborah Mauro: I tried to get a quote for my small business and Jason tried to up-sell me at every turn. He even googled me then claimed that I needed to show proof of insurance from another state where I do business before he gave me a quote (likely because he wanted to quote me on that business, too). After asking so many questions that was none of his business, I told him I wasnt going to use him so he blocked me from getting any other quotes from Hartford. Seems totally unethical.
