His office was notified of his death in March. She never received a card or call from Tonys office. She asked to remove funds to buy a home. Tony told her no. After 4 months and thousands with a lawyer. He no longer has any of her money. After 15 years of investing with him, our aunt was treated very poorly by Tony, his staff and Edward Jones trust. Shame on Tony for treating her so bad. Oh. They never properly transfered uncles IRA to her, his benifeficery at time of death. Beware.
