After enduring their lack of professionalism regarding my deceased fathers small account with them, Im now getting an extended runaround about closing my accounts. Closing accounts with Key Bank is like trying to get rid of toenail fungus. They drag it out so they can assess more fees. Its really a shame, because their tellers are awesome...friendly, professional and just nice people caught up in a poorly run bank.

Anthony leon Currey: Upon an agreed price of roughly $120.00 for a ring size reduction and the prongs on a diamond fixed. I went to receive the ring and had questions about the price because of a sudden the out the door price $192.22 and they did the reduction and fixed only one prong. After confirming with my spouse who was there, about the agreed price and services expected. We are not too pleased with the financial outcome of the services. However the work was more than adequate. It just seems very shady with the price jump. Especially for removing gold off of the ring. To the companys reply of this isnt a fair review. However, if that is their VIP pricing at that cost, where did the gold that was removed even though its only 2 mm of extra gold end up going because I certainly did not receive it upon picking up my ring.
