Martin Rand: If you have State Farm Insurance or are looking to use them run the other way ASAP. State Farm is the worst company to deal with especially with homeowners insurance. They do everything not to pay and screw you over. We had a total loss house fire and the personal property claim is an ongoing nightmare to collect on the policy. State Farm is NOT a good neighbor ! As for State Farm agent Brad Methner he is no help. He will tell you how easy it is to settle a claim and what is covered but he is not to be trusted. He would be better suited to be a used-car salesman. Bottomline.... do not use State Farm Insurance. They are the bad neighbor from hell !!
