I worked with Joe and at numerous times he put me in horrible situations, he is completely unprofessional, never in the office, and you have to call him numerous times to get him on the phone. He incorrectly provided my prior insurance with the wrong vin number to one of my vehicles. WHICH I DO NOT KNOW HOW and I had to pay an outstanding balance. Looking back at it, I could have went to jail since my insurance information was incorrect. When I spoke to him about this, he informed me to give him a few days and call him on a Friday. When I did call him, guess what ? of course he was not in the office. DO NOT PROVIDE THIS AGENCY WITH YOUR BUSINESS. JOE is a horrible agent and because of his negligence I have pay an outstanding balance due to his mistake!! I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS AGENCY AGAIN.
