1 /5 Ahmad Nishanov: This place deserves -5 (negative) stars. Strictly for customer service. I dont write negative feedbacks at all but this place made me do it! One of the tellers that was helping did not even explain what do to and how to do it as I needed to send money from WU, she was consistently focused on other things, talking with other workers while helping me! I just hope that you guys would give better service to people who are in a hurry! Hopefully that was my last time there!

2 /5 Dawn McPhee: This place doesnt give away the companys free pens..the pens that advertise their business! You used to be able to go inside and grab a pen off the countertop, so u could fill out their required paperwork, but now the tellers hoard them behind the glass windows! So I have to stand in line for 10 minutes just to get to the window and ask to use their pen! Next, another 10 minutes passes becuz Ive got these papers to complete! Wow, money tree! I thought you would want customers to have your company logo circulating throughout the community!

They charged me $90 for non sufficient funds in a transaction I didn’t authorize. Every bank I’ve ever dealt with in the past knew how to handle fraud. Cascade Federal Credit Union went with extortion instead of trying to help me. I was threatened that if I didn’t repay the $90 that was stolen from me they would ruin my credit with ChexSystems so I couldn’t get a checking account anywhere else.

K S: On 4/4/24 a coworker and I had lunch at 12:00pm at a local restaurant Gators in Kent , on the 8th I found my account had a overcharge of $240.50 I disputed the charge on my account a temporary credit was applied. 2 weeks later my claim closed and credit taken away with out any correspondence from Bank of America asking for any additional information. I called multiple times even called the restaurant multiple times finally getting a copy of the charge from the restaurant. I had the Kent location bank of American fax the printout to the claims department. This printout has my claim number and the restaurants managers name and number written on it. The bank reopened my claim for about two weeks then with no correspondence again closed the claim and denied my claim. I have proof this is an overcharge on my account and Bank of America will do nothing to resolve the issue . I have pictures of the overcharge below I filed complaints with the BBB, Washington state Department of Financial Institutions and get Jesse channel 7 news . This is a blatant theft ! Its ALWAYS the same, everytime I have to make a simple deposit! 20 minutes today! Staff your bank properly or close your drive thru! Youre just asking to be robbed when youre understaffed! Outshine Window Cleaning LLC: If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is an absolute mess. For the past year I have been through several financial advisors on my account. They all end up leaving the company within months of being assigned to me. Since the last, I have been without an advisor for 6+ months. I have since been trying to close my account. The amount of transfers, hang ups and just nobody getting back to me is ungodly. Nobody knows anything theyre talking about. The amount of wrong information Ive received is insane. Im honestly unsure how this company does so well. For anybody trying to start an investment account, STEER CLEAR of CETERA !!
