1 /5 Tiffany Jimenez: I am very upset with Morgan jewelers I thought they were a great place I recommended my husband to go there to fix his Jesus pendant and he waited two weeks paid a decent amount of money and he went to pick up his medallion and it no longer fit onto his chain before it easily slid onto his chain and was way bigger not only that it’s missing gold off of it very disappointed in Morgan jewelers as they didn’t even apologize or offer a refund and when my husband asked for one they acted like they weren’t too happy about it but did refund the money and acted like he was wrong. What is the point of getting a pendant fixed if it no longer slides onto your chain? , very disappointed in the service very disappointed in what was returned to us. Now his pendant is shorter, and no longer fits the chain and I will add a photo to prove that. So now he spent all day trying to find a jewelry shop to fix it and it’s worse than when we took it to be repaired in the first place and smaller. Something that should’ve been a simple fix…..should’ve easily been done. We just needed it soldered where it broke and instead, it came back smaller and won’t fit the chain now and missing gold. Do better Morgan Jewelers! DO NOT FIX YOUR JEWELRY THERE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE.

Definitely will not be coming back to the Claire’s in the Yakima/ union gap mall ever again and the general manager will be notified of this poor treatment of me and my wife! All we wanted to do was just replace my daughters earring that was lost even after the told us that we had a lifetime warranty on them and even had the paperwork and receipt. The manager was elusive and would not talk to us either! If I could give zero stars I for sure would.

After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.
