If you call “customer service “ you just go info an infinite hold que. Even though a recording tells you “the average hold time is X, it’s a lie, no one ever answers the phone. The recording will also tell you that they can call you back when it’s your turn. Also a lie. You cannot get help. This is a terrible company.
