5 /5 Jacqualyn Gronemyer: The people at this branch are awesome! I have my car loans through them and whenever I have questions or concerns they get me in fast and are extremely helpful. Ive had multiple gals help me and all of them are really kind, treat me like a real person and so helpful to my needs. The feel when you walk in is a great one too.

1 /5 Merced S: I just paid $42,000 with lots of interest, unfortunately they received the last check late because of mail issues or some kind of error. They send to my credit report that i was late, i called them and explained what happened and they will not help me at all, they will not remove the late payment. They will not care about our relationship. No goodwill. They just care about the money and not about the community. DEFINITELY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

1 /5 Matt Render: Their customer service has continued to get worse over the years. Recently they tried pitching me a HELOC real hard. They gave me the personal number of who I needed and called multiple times for a week and not once did she answer. They also got rid of every drive through window so you have to go inside hope you got a half hour to kill.

5 /5 Cheryl Underhill: I have been using this branch since they opened and find the staff for the most part to be very helpful! I will be glad when the new branch on Rd 100 opens as it’s a hassle to park at Walmart- I prefer the staff here to my home bank in Spokane!
