The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.
