Interest rate, but I agree to it.. so it is what it is.. but its going to be pretty high.. but you dont have to wait to get a personal loan from your bank.. You can always refinance with your bank later EDIT: I have had at least 3 loans from them.. and havent been disappointed yet.. other than the interest rate

1 /5 Lorie Igros: Poor customer service. Martin needs to improve his customer service skills or management needs to reevaluate him in order to consider him part of their team motto. He does NOT make the process easy rather belittle you! He is also NOT ready to work with customers with his unpleasant attitude especially toward helping elders understand. I see from previous posts that several customers have also commented about him. Very unprofessional and rude!

1 /5 sean imasa: I’m a returning customer. For some odd reason . There was a guy there taking in my info sounds rude and very unprofessional!!! I’m really upset!!! That guy needs too get more training!!! He really wanted not too help me! But told him let me talk too his manager!!! Lady manager was ok talking too me and taking my info down for the loan.
