1 /5 james okumu: Called them to open an account because of the previous business with them but the person who answered the phone was very unpleasant and intolerant and in the end hanged up surprisingly another branch reached out to me and the experience was wonderful pleasant.

I had 1 late payment on my capital one and did not qualify for a $100O loan I’m posting to save someone else from getting a hard hit on there credit which drops your credit score more

1 /5 Mafa Rae: They are crooks! I am so sorry I ever signed up for a loan with them. They are very unprofessional. They blow you up with phone calls and mail multiple times a day, even though I make my payments every month. Ive been paying for over a year and you cant even tell I made a dent in my loan! They are wicked. Money hungry company, not for their customers. They act like they wanna help you, but they are just putting you in greater debt! Dont fall for it! Find another company that will loan you money with less interest and random fees.

I will always recommend this company, they are great to deal with and everything is very clear to the customer and the terms are reasonable in this day and age. Thanks OneMain!

4 /5 Andria Casteele: The loan agent that I worked with Chris was helpful, well informed, courteous and was able to get me a loan for just about what I asked for. He also made it a pleasant process. I would recommend anyone to OneMain financial and I would also recommend Chris for a raise because he really was wonderful.
