1 /5 Tammy M: They offer a loan and you depend on the loan because they say "shouldnt be a problem " payment would only be $20 more a month!!!! Not a problem!!!! Then they make you wait several days with no response! I call back and due to them not being able to correctly read a print out... I get denied!!! Worst place ever!!! Will never recommend them!

1 /5 Randy Richter: The worste experience ever.... I was approved put the title to r only vehicle in there name and was all signed and ready and because my wife asked if she could pay the bill if something was to happen to me, like get into an accident or me possibly going to jail. They still have the title 6 days later and still nothing. I then gave them additional info to confirm my credentials and still was denied cuz of a question my wife asked. Bot to mention my background is clear. But it raised a red flag to ask that question 2 times and denied me the help I was promised and so desperately needed rn. Do not recommend them and hope all who read this dont go through them. If they r this cold hearted when ur applying wait tell they have u in a contract. DO NOT ACCEPT THERE OFFER.

1 /5 Deide: The branch manager was very unprofessional, not only did she hang up on me she didn’t listen, she interrupted and then she would say I said something when it was opposite. I finally told her if she had a recording maybe she should listen to it because she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying. It was such a terrible experience and in the middle of everything I told her I didn’t even want to go on with process especially dealing with her. Maybe she was having a bad day ( I get it) but still doesn’t excuse her actions, her attitude.

2 /5 Brianna OKeefe: Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

1 /5 Lili Slothower: I have been getting 2+ phone calls and voicemails daily, text messages, emails over this and last months payment. The voicemails are also extremely quiet, I cant even hear them unless I turn my phone all the way up AND on speaker. There have been times I have answered the phone and they immediately put me on hold. After THEY called ME! I explained that my husband isnt working and a family member just passed away, so things have been tough and I am working on a plan to catch up on payments. Ive been told several times that they would set up a modification to help lower my payments for a couple months. Nothing. Even the district manager didnt do what he said he would. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not do business with this company.
