    Amanda: Not helpful when issues arise and will just direct you to the main company - you might as well buy direct. Spoiler, buying direct is cheaper. This agency did some weird things with my plan which resulted in my being on a non-standard plan for the first year. When I went to update it, I had to pay an extra fee for 2 YEARS for having come from a non-standard plan. I finally recently cancelled after many years of complacency and found WAY BETTER rates elsewhere. Only then were they interested in being helpful and understanding why I was leaving. When I looked at a quote from Allstate to just purchase my insurance directly as part of my shopping, their quote was half what I was paying through this office, despite them claiming I was at the best price. Definitely avoid - Im now having a billing issue on the cancellation and crickets....
