We did the beginner pilates class with Monica, who was an excellent teacher and really encouraging. I loved the vibe and the small class size. Sally Harmeling: Just had my daughters 7yo birthday at Capital Elite. Easiest birthday party Ive ever done for her, since CEA staff did everything for me! They provided the pizza, cupcakes, decorations, goodie bags for all the kids, it was wonderful - and all the kids had a great time jumping around in the big gym with bouncy floors, tumbling equipment, and a big trampoline - would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free childs birthday party experience!

Club West Fitness Center - Leavenworth

Jay: Take me back to my prime!!! But did you die!?!? I come to Leavenworth for a work retreat and let me just tell you. I am the kind of person who works out for 3 1/2 hours a day I start with weights, move to Stepp mill, then I hit the sauna for 30 mins, Then finish it off by shooting a little hoops. Showing up in this small town I did not have high hopes for my hotel gym. I searched the area lo and behold. I find this throwback Gem Out of the 1970s!! Not being facetious this place has it all I didn’t miss a beat! This place had everything I normally use plus more. I am so impressed with the vast machines and accessories that this gym has collected over the last 50 years. Honestly, if you can’t get any good workout or find it here, it is on you not the gym! Any bad reviews talking about this place needs to come into the 21st-century tells me you weren’t meant for this lifestyle and you will not have to discipline to stick it out and continue working out. I am absolutely in love with this place, there are so many random rooms and nooks and crannies with extra weights and things you won’t find anywhere else. If we all remember Rocky movie we have ever seen this is that part after Rocky gets his butt kicked and needs to go back to his roots and train remember that internal fire he had that got him to the top. This is the place he did it at! If you are in this town, And exercises your thing it is imperative you try this place out, especially at 8$ a day! (it even has a sauna in the locker room)

Clare Hamlin: Love this place! My kid absolutely adores coming here but something Ive noticed is they dont always clean up which is concerning. After parties balloon pieces are left behind or other trash and stuff has been everywhere and it makes me wonder if they clean the equipment. Especially with toddlers the balloon pieces are a choking hazard so would love to see more effort in cleaning here.

Treat Bartholomew Schubert: Clean space, working equipment, and not to mention the gentleman at the front desk! So kind. Thats a real man. He has been working out at balance point for years now and tells everyone his story of how he got in shape through the grace of the gym he worked at, very inspiring. Would recommend this gym over any when in town. Owners are lovely as well.
