5 /5 Vinyl Leaf: I went in for my yearly insurance overview today. Paul is a very nice individual who was patient with my questions. Never have I had an insurance company care so much, much less a huge company like state farm. Everything was perfect about my visit, from the extremely nice secretary to the atmosphere in the building. I highly recommend this office. Youre sure to get great service. EDIT: Adding to my review, I once again just wanted to say how great State Farm is. I had a road hazard mishap today and called to see if I had any kind of roadside assistance. Its included free with my plan. I am so thankful for this company and this office in particular.

5 /5 Michelle H: I am so happy I switched to this agent. He is so transparent and honest. Communicable and no bs. Its not a salesy feeling at all here! They all truly seem to want to do good business and not take advantage of people. Insurance is expensive anywhere you go anymore, and I feel like they are sympathetic to that, and it shows when they explain rates and they ALWAYS give a why behind any changes being made.

1 /5 Me Lissa: Paul upgraded (supposidly) our insurance to a 200$ deductible which was why we went from paying $67/month to $147/month. Well after asking for new insurance cards to reflect this change & waiting a couple months with no response about it, I called him today & he told me my deductible was $500. I tried to explain things with him and asked why are we paying so much then? And instead of trying to help me get this figured out and corrected, in a rude tone told me to GO FIND SOMETHING BETTER THEN! So as of today we will be switching our insurance out. THIS MAN IS A CROOK! Wish I could add the phone call recording here.

5 /5 Marseillaise Stephenson: Very friendly and welcoming group of people! Jose Trujillo was the first to approach me and bundled me a deal with life and car insurance. He helped me understand what everything meant, how important it is, and what discounts qualify for me! I never knew how important it was to have life insurance but Im glad I got to talk with him about it. Super great deal with this office Im glad I visited!

Severance 01: I dont believe they actually "Tried" at all. After a couple calls, and two days of reaching out to them, I finally received **1** insurance quote. That was higher than the one Id told them I wanted to beat, from a random carrier Id never heard of and could find no reviews on- and they wanted it all in one lump sum. 10 minutes later I was done checking a couple more carriers, and found liberty mutual at around half the price they quoted. Some insurance brokers are great, these arent.
