3 /5 Don Enos: Over the last several weeks, our whole family, my wife, son, daughter, and myself all have had birthdays. Allstate has sent us birthday cards in the mail, and today, I received an email asking me to rate the company just after we renewed our auto insurance. The automatic renewal kicked in before I could shop around, and the increase wasnt devastating, but it was high enough to make me start shopping. Our original representative signed us up when the company was Rice Insurance. She is Amazing and knows who I am. She used to send birthday cards and review our policy to help ensure that our family was getting a good deal. Now that the company is PCF, we have an "Account Manager" who doesnt know my name, my wife, or my family. They havent tried to call in and check on us to see how things will sell us more insurance, let alone save us a dime or wish us happy birthday virtually by email or slapping a stamp on a post card and tossing it in the mail. They did save me money when I needed it, but now that we have been dating a while, I think I am ready to go back and see if our old, long-term, reliable sl

My previous agent only sent emails, and did not advise me on consequences dealing with my previous insurance agency and future ramifications. I was just a customer and a paycheck. After the fact they complained about trying to fix their error and never once apologized for the incompetence. Sarah made several calls and made sure all my questions were answered.
