Sally M.: Have never been able to go here, since for me its only worth it for buying loose crystals. I was disappointed to find out that Swarovski no longer seems to sell loose crystals and pearls. For me, it was a way of creating more affordable jewelry with Swarovskis crystal gem substitutes (simulants?). If Im correct, I hope they change their marketing approach. I had thought they were already successful enough selling loose gem simulants and beads? Addition: I was used to buying loose Swarovski crystals and pearls. Now it seems they only sell jewelry made with their products. Its possible that they only sell wholesale products to established businesses?

Kevin Harrell: Horrible Service and Experience.. today I was trying to pawn my new air pods 4 headphones, still in box.. the retail price is 143(including taxes), This place offered to give me 25 $ for theseairpods and they must have a charger cable with them.. I explained to this pawnshop, that these earbuds do not come with a charger when u purchase them, only the case and earbuds..they stated its their "policy" to take a charger with it.. I told them I do have a extra charger but the charger by itself is 20 $ .. For the price of 25$ , i can only offer the air pods . They stated that even tho the air pods does not come with a charger, they need one.. Absolutely ridiculous.. I believe that I was pre judge and the real reason is because they think everything a black person brings in there store is Stolen. I am tired of being treated like a criminal.. it doesnt even make sense to offer me 25$ and demand that I bring my own charger or they will not take the air pods ...this store and the service is ridiculous....
