Tony: At first Kelly was great. Then out of nowhere I became a burden to her. It seems as if when I finish signing the document and she gets her commissions worth of pay, I become a dogchit customer that is very annoying to her. Professional service has left the chat. Having a bad day much? Was not impressed. I was surprised and confused when her tone changed. Made me wonder if I did something wrong myself. I plan on returning the loan and going somewhere else. Shawn on the other hand at the other branch helped me with my issues I was having, ANOTHER loan officer at a DIFFERENT branch helping me with excellent service. Kelly treated me like I had Down syndrome, treated me like trash. Her information given when going through paperwork was terrible but I tried rolling with the punches. Jezus people can’t even fake a smile well without dying of pure ego overload. Hate these guys
