Pollock Insurance, a HUB International Company - Burien (WA)

1 /5 Jimmy Mam: I contacted Pollock Insurance, a HUB International Company, about getting help with a new home insurance policy. They informed me that they would get back to me within a day and email me the new policy information. However, it has been over a week, and I have not heard anything back. Their customer service is very poor, and I feel they are quite disorganized. I cant shake the feeling that they did not want to work with me because I am an Asian male. It seems like the company may have stereotypes about Asians, which is why they have ignored my inquiries and refused to assist me.

Great experience working with them.They will listen to your needs, find a couple options that work for you - providing various plus/minus of each option - then let you choose which one is right for you. Being not very educated in this industry, I appreciated their advice and input. Made the purchase process hassle-free. Highly recommend them!

Im familiar with their business and personal (auto, home, etc.) Insurance options and the staff and service are great. Recommend.
