1 /5 Adam Conley: These people are absolutely cold blooded, uncaring a$$holes. We missed one payment after 2 years. No courtesy call, no reminder, nothing. 1 day after we missed that payment they garnished our checking account, taking far more than the payment due(by over 200%). They took everything except one dime. They left us with ten freaking cents in our primary checking account. Which of course caused several checks to bounce. They seemed almost giddy about it too. Freaking heartless. Lol. No I dont have you confused. I remember quite well, thank you.

I’ve left multiple messages trying to resolve this before it gets to that point so I am leaving a review in hopes that this will get their attention If you guys see this, please give me a call back. 5 /5 Orlando Santos: Mark Brewer is an amazing asset to the company. I received a call from him this evening - yes, you heard me right… I’m complimenting the debt collector! I have received numerous calls from this agency before and all the agents say is “ Is “MY NAME available?” once I reply asking what they needed… all they say is “It’s a personal matter that came across our desk, if you are MY NAME I need the last four of your social”. To which I usually (sarcastically) say that I would feel more comfortable with their name and last four of their social for a personal matter on my end before I give them mine - because you better have something better than “my name and a personal matter” before you go asking about my social. Well Mark was much more profesional and polite, he didn’t ask for my social I identified myself by name as I have never hid from debt collectors and since he called my number looking for someone by my name and I identified as such person he was able to at least tell me the company that originally held the debt - once I knew that piece of information… I knew it was legitimate and gladly gave Mark more identifying info he needed and all the details about my situation. People like Mark Brewer, that are professionals, that give respect and dignity to others, have a great attitude and show empathy towards others, do the the company they represent proud and should be valued and not taken for granted. It’s the first time ever I’ve been compelled to review and take the time to praise someone calling to ask for money, but if anyone deserved it, it was Mark.
