He is very personable, kind, welcoming, and him and his professional staff do an outstanding job helping to get the information together that you need to close your bankruptcy. 5 /5 Tiffany S: Mr. Gorski is a wonderful and empathetic attorney who cares about his clients. He and his legal assistant Caron made this process fear free and very streamlined. They were always available to answer questions and got back to any emails or phone calls promptly and never made me feel like an afterthought. They are a rare combination of highly professional but personable enough that I was able to feel at ease in their office despite bankruptcy being a tense situation. I cant reccomend Rafal as an attorney enough!

1 /5 Mupopa Tshibuabua: Went to him for chapter 7 with one specific issue. Everything seemed to be going well until he said he could proceed only if we switched to chapter 13 apparently because he would make more money with that switch. Classic “bait and switch” deal. He didn’t really analyze my situation to offer the best advice especially with the pending lawsuit. Later I was able to work on my own and compel arbitration that resulted in the lawsuit being dismissed. Why couldn’t he have considered that option as well? He didn’t even have the courage to appreciate my success without him. Even though his initial rate is among the lowest, I definitely wouldn’t recommend him. Doing my own work paid off tremendously and far better than continuing with his advice. In the end, I didn’t need to file any bankruptcy at all.

Him and his assistant Caron were very kind and empathetic of my situation and took really good care of me in a really low time in my life. They have seriously helped me start over financially.
