    Heidi Jo Rigsby: Edit* I will have to edit this review since I cannot comment on their reply. Yes, Red Canoe. By all means provide your so-called documentation. You have my contact info. And I HAVE reached out regarding the errors and overdraft fees. Spent forever on the phone and got nowhere. More than once!! You talk a big game in your reply, but zero actions to back anything up. It’s merely to make you appear not at fault when you’re called out. Anyone reading this, pay close attention to how many one star reviews this place has (31/100 reviews). Better yet, read them. I wish I had before I opened accounts here again… Original review: I was charged an additional $300+ for my vehicle payment this month because my “deductible amounts were not within the limits”, despite having had full coverage for the entirety of the loan - and this same exact coverage. Nobody contacted me to make me aware or try to clarify. They just added CPI to the loan and refuse to make any adjustments to my account when I immediately adjusted my deductible. As soon as I can find somewhere to refinance at a decent rate, I will be doing so, as this is not the first issue I have had with this financial institution. Ridiculous fees, overdraft-happy (even when it’s their error), difficulty closing accounts, not friendly, and just overall not a good experience. I had banked here years ago and left for similar reasons. The only reason I came back was to purchase my car. I was hopeful, but if anything has changed, it’s only gotten worse. Credit Unions are supposed to be for the people. All this one wants to do is find every way feasible to take your money.

    Deb: VERY impressed with ALL help and ASSISTANCE from Jared! Maybe we need to change the saying of--"Johnny-on-the-spot" to "Jareds GOT THIS!"..WHAT EVER this happens to be!" Absolutely, you, as a company/corporation would be wise to do whatever it takes to keep a team-member such as, Jared, gainfully and happily employed. His customer service is OFF the CHART! "How can I make your day," isnt spoken, but executed, expertly! And MOST IMPORTANTLY I have never sensed his ASSISTANCE has been for any personal gain or accolade. I had to seek out a way to warn you, if you do not already know, that you have employed an incredible asset to your company, who will need to be challenged and rewarded appropriately. Wow! If I had a company that was worthy of Jareds expertise, and the funding to match, I WOULD be concerned with someone else, or another company, stealing him from me. Finally, he was humbled when I asked about another branch being opened in the Portland Metro area, and then suggesting that his name be significantly a large part of that facility--like the head-guy. Really sense he could handle it, and would be a leader his fellow team members could and would respect and enjoy working beside. My credentials to make such claims? Teacher in the United States of America school systems, primarily in Oregon; 4 years in Idaho, as well as abroad for a season, for the last 25+ years. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Debra A.     Arianna Cozart: Both of the OBanion brothers are the best insurance agents Ive ever dealt with! I use them for a variety of different types of insurance and they are always patient, thorough, and very responsive. The price of the insurance is the lowest to the other companies that Ive shopped or ever used previously.

    Dana V: I was sitting next to my mother when she called this company after she had paid them and they sent her check back with a notice that stated "your payment cannot be processed at this time". Which in turn, caused her to accrue a late fee. She wanted to know why her check was sent back, and for them to remove the late fee. There are three customer service associates working in this office. They are young women and two of the three are incredibly rude obviously with no customer service skills. As someone whos worked in customer service I was completely appalled at their fast talking, interrupting speaking style and apathetic attitude about resolving the issue. They couldnt offer any solutions or answers. When asking to speak to the manager my mother was informed that shes in meetings a lot and not usually available... and shes the only one who can reverse late fees. So after juggling my mother around to all three associates, they sent her to the managers voicemail. It was absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Good luck if you have to deal with these people. Youre gonna need it.
