1 /5 Robert Pierce III: I had this company since 2012 !! This year 2024 they dropped my coverage because I’m a felon. Didn’t even call me to let me know sent me a letter in the mail !! Called to have a car taken off that I sold and have another one added , the guy was like I have to ask you if you have any felonies and I was like don’t understand what that has to do with my insurance. I did my time and I have changed plus Randy knew my story the guy said you should be fine since you have been with us so long. Then I guess shortly after that they canceled me.
