Great coaching, equipment was top notch and the space was clean and showed the owner obviously cares about his members. If I moved here I wouldn’t hesitate joining. The owner, Chris was quick to answer all of my questions even though he was on vacation (I didn’t know this at the time). Recommend 10/10

Crossfit has changed my life more than just physically, but really helped me increase my inner strength! Its hard to get through those work outs- but so amazing at the end!! The members and coaches are all very welcoming and just a great community atmosphere. Highly recommend Crossfit West Richland!

5 /5 Abbey Hayes: I’ve been going here for about 6 months now and I’ve never been happier with any gym I’ve been to (and I’ve tried a lot!). They make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. I could barely get just the bar overhead when I started and now I’m feeling much stronger. You’re welcome no matter what age, fitness level, or background you have. It’s a fun community and worth the price. Chris is amazing and all the coaches are very kind and knowledgeable. New location off Lee is very convenient too.

5 /5 Mary Taylor: I have a drop in membership and visit when I’m in town. Coaches and fellow CrossFitters here are so friendly and welcoming! Good variety between the coaches, they’re all so different, and their uniquenesses compliment each other. I love that the people working out are kids, grandmas, the buff “elite” and everyone in between! Such a friendly diverse group really makes people of all fitness levels feel welcome.

Kayla Leathers: I had my wedding here and was so grateful for them, I had to last minute change to this venue and thank goodness they were available. They let me use chairs and tables, as many as I needed and also set up the tables for me! Plus it was extremely affordable! They were very accommodating and patient with me making changes. Plus Howard amon park is beautiful

Mid-Columbia Gymnastics Academy-Richland - Richland

Doug Norby: I’ve been bringing my 7 year old granddaughter here for over a year. She absolutely loves it. She has participated in bronze, silver, and gold gymnastics, summer camps and tumbling. When I mentioned it to a P.E teacher I know he commented that gymnastics was excellent for young kids. Besides building confidence it helps develop mind/body coordination that will help them in activities the choose to be involved in the hen they get older. She has worked with many different coaches and they’ve all been great. You can tell they enjoy what they’re doing and they share that with the kids. They have abundant patience and provide lots of support and encouragement. A few weeks ago we had her 6 year old autistic brother join her for tumbling. It has been wonderful for him and again the coaches are amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Kelly Swentik: My family and I live in Illinois Im a blue belt love to train so I wanted to find an open mat while home on vacation. When I reached out to legacy their staff were super friendly and invited my family and I to the Friday night open mat free of cost! When we got there they had complementary Gi for us to use the facilities are top notch and everything was extremely clean! My kids and I were able to roll around and work on a few things and then I sparred with a few of the members. I couldnt recommend legacy more if I lived out here Id definitely train here!!

Heather is an amazing teacher, I have learned so much by being a part of their advanced teacher training modules.
