Possible timeline, etc. Within a few days Rebecca sent us a “to-do list” . Very clear on what step is next. And when we had questions we got answers. Either via email or a phone call. They took time to review all the forms and documentation, making sure all was correctly submitted. Rebecca is kind and very dedicated to her job. Dr. Seifert is super prepared, humble, kind, a real human being. Dr. Seifert attended the interview with us. It gave us extra confidence. Our application was submitted in August/2023 and we received the “Approval Notice” in February/2024. I do recommend Seifert Law Office for anyone that needs help with Immigration related issues. From the start, Lisa and Rebecca were really nice to me and offered the option for her to prepare and attend the interview with us. The officer didn’t really ask me a-lot of question and Lisa prepared me for all the questions they asked during the interview. It was an extra expense well spent. The whole process was almost two years. Most of it was waiting approval of my permanent residence card and the long wait is over. Thank you Lisa and Rebecca for all you did for me I really appreciate it. I’m happy i finally received my 10yrs resident card.

He never got any of my evidence turned in on time. Nor did he actually try to prove what I was saying. He was more interested in proving I was dumb and disabled the whole time. Which the judge didnt like. And he treated mine and my dads cases like they were the same case. Even didnt get any of my dads paperwork in as well. But still made sure to double bill us like it was two cases. All he did was lie and blow smoke. Never accomplished anything on my case. Promised discounts and never followed through. He even lied to the judge about me turning my gun in late. When he told me to get out of the courthouse and never emailed me the paperwork I needed until my mom asked him days later for it. But in the courtroom, he blamed me and my family. Dont fall for his lies and BS like I did. I guess I was just born to be taken advantage of. But Hey, Im still here
