1 /5 Destiny Henning: I started with them about 10 years ago, and there was a problem with paperwork, which ended up costing me money for insurance I didn’t want. When talking with the ladies in the office, I felt like they were very rude and unapologetic. They said arguing with me wasn’t getting either of us anywhere and hung up on me twice. My advice is to go somewhere else or just go directly though the insurance company. This way they can’t point fingers at each other and leave you paying the bill.

He even googled me then claimed that I needed to show proof of insurance from another state where I do business before he gave me a quote (likely because he wanted to quote me on that business, too). After asking so many questions that was none of his business, I told him I wasnt going to use him so he blocked me from getting any other quotes from Hartford. Seems totally unethical.
