    Richard Lynch: Closed again! Super inconsistent. The hours arent updated Google hours show hours for Saturday. I arrived, and theres a sign on the door that says theyre closed until August 25th. Bummer, and it is not the first time this has happened to me from this business. Fortunately, I only drove 12 minutes out of my way to get there.

    Heather A Adams: Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.
